Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily (TNFRSF) agonists such as 4-1BB agonist, CD27 agonist, glucocorticoid-induced TNF receptor-related agonist, OX40 agonist, HVEM agonist or CD95 agonist Disclosed herein are methods of expanding infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) and the use of such expanded TILs in the treatment of diseases such as cancer.
