The present invention relates to an exosome-based nanoparticle complex and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, to exosome-based nanoparticles having improved body stability and redispersibility by using exosomes separated from cells and biocompatible polymers. It relates to a complex and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a nanoparticle complex that exhibits a stable and continuous drug dissolution pattern regardless of the solubility of the drug and improves cancer cell accumulation through improved body stability and redispersibility in an aqueous solution.본 발명은 엑소좀 기반의 나노입자 복합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 세포에서 분리한 엑소좀 및 생체적합성 기반의 고분자를 이용함으로써 체내 안정성 및 재분산성이 향상된 엑소좀 기반의 나노입자 복합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 체내 안정성 및 수용액에서의 재분산성 향상을 통해 약물이 갖는 용해도에 상관없이 안정적이고 지속적인 약물 용출 패턴을 보이며, 우수한 암세포 축적성을 구현할 수 있는 나노입자 복합체를 제공할 수 있다.
