PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron generator which is safe to a worker, and which never generates ozone.SOLUTION: An electron generator 10 is arranged so that electrons are generated by connection with electron diffusing means. The electron generator comprises: a transformation circuit 20 which transforms an AC power input to a primary side circuit 21 to a high voltage and makes a secondary side circuit 31 to output. The secondary side circuit has a first terminal 33 connected to the primary side circuit 21, and the secondary side circuit has a second terminal 34 connected to the electron diffusing means 40. By shutting out a current from the second terminal toward the electron diffusing means 40 on condition that the first terminal 33 stays at a plus potential, and flowing back a current from the first terminal 33 to the primary side circuit 21 on condition that the first terminal stays at a minus potential according to an inversion cycle between plus and minus polarities of the AC power, electrons are transmitted from the second terminal 34 to the electron diffusing means 40 periodically according to the inversion cycle only when the first terminal 33 stays at a minus potential.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】作業員に対して安全であり、オゾンを発生しない電子発生装置を提供する。【解決手段】電子放散手段に接続させて電子を発生させる電子発生装置10であって、1次側回路21に入力される交流電力を高圧に変圧させて2次側回路31から出力させる変圧回路20を有する。2次側回路の第1の端子33が1次側回路21に接続されると共に、2次側回路の第2の端子34が電子放散手段40に接続される。交流電力の正負の反転周期に応じて、第1の端子33が正の電位となっている状態では、第2の端子から電子放散手段40に向かう電流を遮断させ、負の電位となっている状態では、第1の端子33から1次側回路21に電流を還流させることにより、第1の端子33が負の電位となっている状態のみに、反転周期に応じて周期的に、第2の端子34から電子放散手段40に電子を伝達させる。【選択図】図1
