PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizer applicator capable of recovering fertilizer applied as a trial easily and steadily regardless of being indoors or outdoors, and a riding-type rice transplanter equipped with the fertilizer applicator.SOLUTION: A fertilizer applicator comprises a hopper part for accommodating granular fertilizer, and a delivery part for delivering the fertilizer supplied from the hopper part by a fixed amount. A delivery body for delivering the fertilizer by the fixed amount is disposed in the delivery part. A delivery body drive motor for driving the delivery body is interlockingly connected to the delivery body. The delivery body drive motor is connected to an output side of control means for driving the delivery body drive motor.
