The present invention relates to a method for easily packaging seaweed noodles. Particularly, the present invention can reduce delivery costs when packaging the seaweed noodles by reducing the weight and volume of the seaweed noodles and prevent contents packaged inside from moving to the outside when transporting. To achieve the purpose, the method for storing seaweed noodles: prevents the seaweed noodles from becoming dried by applying sunflower-seed oil to the surface of the seaweed noodles； and blocks the penetration of mold or bacteria from the outside； enables a consumer to directly cook and eat the seaweed noodles without washing the seaweed noodles, and enables a consumer to eat the seaweed noodles together with sunflower-seed oil which is beneficial to a human body.본 발명은 해초류가 함유된 면류를 용이하게 포장할 수 있는 방법을 개발한 것으로, 특히 해초류가 함유된 면류를 포장할 시에 무게와 부피를 줄여 운송료를 절감할 수 있도록 하고 운송도중에 파손되어 내부에 있는 내용물이 외부로 흘러나오지 않도록 발명한 것이다.상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 해초면의 보존방법을 개발한 것으로,해초면의 표면에 해바라기씨유를 도포하여 해초면의 건조되는 것을 막고 외부에서 침투할 수 있는 세균이나 곰팡이를 차단할 수 있도록 하고 또한 소비자가 해초면을 세척하지 않고 바로 조리해서 먹을 수 있도록 한 것이다.또한 몸에도 유익한 해바라기씨유를 같이 섭취할 수 있도록 발명한 것이다.
