COMPOSITION FOR THE TREATMENT OF DIABETES CONTAINING CONJUGATE BASED ON ANALOGUE INSULIN LONG-TERM ACTION AND CONJUGATE BASED ON ANALOGUE LONG-TERM POTTIDE PULSE OF LONG-TERM
The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention or treatment of diabetes mellitus, comprising a conjugate based on long-acting insulin and a conjugate based on a long-acting insulinotropic peptide, and to a method of treating diabetes mellitus. More specifically, the introduction of a long-acting analogue conjugate and a long-acting insulinotropic peptide based conjugate inhibits weight gain due to insulin administration, vomiting and nausea caused by insulinotropic peptide administration, and also reduces the required doses of insulin, thereby improving significantly drug compliance. In addition, the present invention relates to the administration of a pharmaceutical composition for reducing side effects with respect to beta cells of the pancreas in patients with diabetes mellitus, including a conjugate based on a long-acting insulin analogue and a conjugate based on a long-acting insulinotropic peptide analogue, and a method for side effects in relation to the beta cells of the pancreas in patients with diabetes, including the stage of administration of the composition.
