PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable percutaneously absorbable type preparation by including a percutaneously absorbable medicine and further a specific suppressant for discoloring phenomena in a specified copolymeric tacky agent.SOLUTION: This preparation is obtained by forming a tacky agent layer on at least one surface of a support and including a percutaneously absorbable medicine, 2-mercaptobenzimidazole and/or propyl gallate and an acrylic copolymeric tacky agent in the tacky agent layer. The acrylic copolymeric tacky agent is prepared by using a functional monomer as an essential component and an organic peroxide-based compound as a polymerization initiator. 6-Amino-5-chloro-1-isopropyl-2-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)benzimidazole and its salt are excluded from the percutaneously absorbable medicine.COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO【解決手段】 官能性単量体を必須成分とし、重合開始剤として有機過酸化物系化合物を用いたアクリル系共重合体粘着剤中に、2-メルカプトベンズイミダゾールおよび/または没食子酸プロピルと、ベラパミルなどの経皮吸収性薬物とを含有させる。この薬物含有粘着層を支持体の少なくとも片面に形成して経皮吸収型製剤を得る。【効果】 経皮吸収性薬物をアクリル系共重合体粘着剤中に配合した際に生じる着色現象を防止する。したがって、経皮吸収性薬物とアクリル系共重合体粘着剤中の各種微量成分との相互作用などによる着色現象または保存期間中での着色増強現象を抑制し、製剤の外観上認容しうる安定した経皮吸収型製剤となる。
