PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse abnormality notifying system capable of notifying a user of an abnormality in pulse while avoiding increased in size and weight of a stick of the system.SOLUTION: The pulse abnormality notifying system 1 has the stick 11 and a cellular phone 12. The stick 11 has a pulse rate measuring section 111 to measure the pulse rate of the user, and also has a pulse rate transmitting section 112 to transmit the pulse rate to the cellular phone 12.
