PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal solution container which achieves a cost reduction by reducing a size of a rubber stopper and can prevent the leakage of a liquid from a circumference of the rubber stopper in sticking a needle.SOLUTION: A medicinal solution bottle 1 including: a plastic bottle body 2 integrally molded by a blow-fill-seal method a rubber stopper 12 arranged on a top surface of a mouth part 5 of the plastic bottle body 2 and an outer frame material 13 which covers the rubber stopper 12 and the mouth part 5 and has a receiving surface where the mouth part 5 abuts and a step part 20 bonded to the mouth part 5 with pressure in a direction to a bottom part of the plastic bottle body 2 is manufactured.
