A device for providing cosmetic improvement to the skin is disclosed. In a preferred embodiment, it comprises a housing with evacuation ports, means for transmitting acoustic to said skin, means for transmitting time-varying magnetic fields to the skin, vacuum means and means for performing tissue diathermy. The combination of techniques provides a synergistic improvement of the cosmetic appearance of the skin.
