PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for treating hair, which enables highly damaged hair such as that subjected to several chemical treatments to retain sufficient moisture feeling.SOLUTION: The composition for treating hair contains L-theanine, at least one chosen from lanolin and a derivative thereof and at least one chosen from higher fatty acids that are liquid at 25°C.
