The frameless inflatable respiratory mask (10) has a polyester fabric (30) having a circular opening, an inner side and an outer side. A pair of wings is arranged laterally on opposite sides of fabric. An air supply device (15) is adapted to supply air to exhalation system in a sealed manner through circular opening. A head frame is adjustably arranged on wings for attachment and adjustment of the mask on the users head. The fabric is inflated while supplying air via the air supply device, such that air is supplied to patient with therapeutic pressure. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) kit comprising frameless inflatable respiratory mask and (2) method for supplying air with therapeutic pressure to patient.
