The apparatus comprises: a panoramic photograph acquiring unit for acquiring a tooth panoramic photograph of a patient from a dental radiological apparatus； a cephalometric radiography acquisition unit for acquiring a cephalometric radiograph of the patient from the dental radiological apparatus； a structure recognition unit for recognizing a structure of an oral cavity and a head and neck of the patient from the acquired tooth panoramic photograph of the patient or the cephalometric radiograph of the patient； a measurement point display unit for displaying a plurality of measurement points based on the recognized structure of the oral cavity and the head and neck of the patient； a measuring point connection unit for measuring the length, diameter, and angle by connecting the plurality of measured points which are displayed； and a result grasping unit for analyzing the measured length, diameter, and angle to grasp the result of an occlusal state according to positions of the tooth and jaw as a result of an implant placement result of the patient.본 환자의 치아 및 악골 구조를 분석하는 장치 및 그 방법은 치과용 방사선 기기로부터 환자의 치아 파노라마 사진을 획득하는 파노라마 사진 획득부, 치과용 방사선 기기로부터 환자의 두부 계측 방사선 사진을 획득하는 두부 계측 방사선 사진 획득부, 획득된 환자의 치아 파노라마 사진 또는 환자의 두부 계측 방사선 사진으로부터 환자의 구강 및 두경부의 구조물을 인식하는 구조 인식부, 인식된 환자의 구강 및 두경부의 구조물을 토대로 하는 다수개의 계측점을 표시하는 계측점 표시부； 표시된 다수개의 계측점을 연결하여 길이, 직경 및 각도를 측정하는 계측점 연결부 및 측정된 길이, 직경 및 각도를 분석하여 환자의 임플란트 식립 결과, 치아 및 악골의 위치에 따른 교합 상태를 파악하는 결과 파악부를 포함한다.
