PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic fiber sheet capable of suppressing a trouble such as blood circulation inhibition or pain, even when wound around an application site for an extended period and to provide a bandage using the same.SOLUTION: In a fiber sheet, when an elongation time stress just after elongating at an elongation percentage of 50% in an in-plane first direction is expressed as an initial elongation time stress S0(N/50 mm), and an elongation time stress after elongating for 5 minutes at the elongation percentage of 50% in the first direction is expressed as post-5 minutes elongation time stress S5(N/50 mm), a stress relaxation rate defined by following formula: stress relaxation rate(%)=(post-5 minutes elongation time stress S5/initial elongation time stress S0)×100 is 85% or less.
