Disclosed is a technique for preparing panthenol hair caring product, which firstly food emulsifier is purified into phospholipids to provide phosphatidylcholine, the required ingredient for forming liposome. Liposome wrapping technique is then applied to wrap panthenol so that such a wrapping technique makes ingredient molecules of the panthenol product miniaturized and improves permeability thereof, thereby enhancing the effect of panthenol in a hair caring formula.
