PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry powder inhalant composition comprising a pharmaceutically permissible granular carrier, a first granular inhalant medicine and a second granular inhalant medicine, and to provide a method for producing the same.
SOLUTION: The production method comprises several steps of (a) mixing a carrier with a first part of a first granular inhalant medicine to form a first mixture, (b) mixing the first mixture with a second granular inhalant medicine to form a second mixture, and (c) mixing the second mixture with a second part of the first granular inhalant medicine to form a dry powder inhalant composition, wherein the weight ratio of the second granular inhalant medicine to the carrier is smaller than the weight ratio of the first granular inhalant medicine to the carrier, and the first part of the first granular inhalant medicine is smaller than the half of the whole amount of the first granular inhalant medicine in the dry powder inhalant composition in weight/weight.
