PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfume holding body which can provide an aroma with high accuracy, and to provide an aroma providing device.SOLUTION: The aroma providing device is provided with a perfume holding body that has a nonvolatile compound having an aroma compound fixed thereon, and is further provided with: a providing part of mixing a liquid that releases the fixing of the aroma compound, and the nonvolatile compound, and providing an aroma a suppression part of preventing the perfume holding body that has provided the aroma from generating another aroma and a transportation part of transporting the perfume holding body from the providing part to the suppression part, which are provided in the perfume holding body.
