The present invention relates to a novel exenatide analog. In the exenatide analog of the present invention, one to fifteen amino acids are deleted at C-terminal among amino acid sequences of the exenatide and fatty acids are conjugated thereonto. The present invention exhibits similar level of antidiabetic effects compared to an existing exenatide and liraglutide which is an antidiabetic agent. Also, provided is the exenatide in the short length which ensures reduction on manufacturing costs of the exenatide.본 발명은 신규한 엑세나타이드 유사체에 관한 것으로, 상기 엑세나타이드 유사체는 엑세나타이드(exenatide)의 아미노산 서열의 C-말단의 1 내지 15개의 아미노산이 결실되고 지방산이 접합(conjugation)된 엑세나타이드 유사체이다. 본 발명은 종래의 엑세나타이드 및 항당뇨제인 리라글루타이드와 비교하여 거의 동일한 수준의 항당뇨 효과를 나타내고, 엑세나타이드의 제조비용을 절감할 수 있는 짧은 길이의 엑세나타이드를 제공한다.
