Disclosed are an improved intervertebral fusion device and implant apparatus and operation method thereof. The intervertebral fusion device can be used in conjunction with the operation of the implant apparatus and implanted between two adjacent vertebrae to re-establish intervertebral height. The longitudinal size of the intervertebral fusion device main body is greater than the transverse size thereof. The front end of the longitudinal central axis of the main body is provided with a streamline guide head, and an axle column is vertically disposed in the main body. The outer periphery of the axle column is provided with a plurality of unidirectional teeth. The implant apparatus comprises a clamping rod with a lower end portion having a jaw part disposed therein with a plurality of unidirectional teeth and a slide sleeve sleeved on the clamping rod. With the axial movement of the slide sleeve relative to the clamping rod, the closing or opening of the jaw part can be manipulated.
