The present invention provides a telomerase activity inhibiting polypeptide. The expression of the polypeptide in tumor cells can inhibit significantly tumor cell telomerase activity, tumor cell growth, and lead to the death of such cells. The present invention further provides a preparation method for the polypeptide and an application thereof in targeted treatments of tumors.La présente invention concerne un polypeptide capable d'inhiber l'activité de la télomérase. L'expression dudit polypeptide dans des cellules tumorales peut inhiber de façon significative l'activité de la télomérase desdites cellules tumorales et le développement desdites cellules, et peut également entraîner la mort de ces dernières. La présente invention concerne, en outre, un procédé de préparation dudit polypeptide et son utilisation dans le cadre du traitement ciblé de tumeurs.
