PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aging inhibitor effective in suppression of aging.SOLUTION: An aging inhibitor of the invention contains coenzyme Q10 and pomegranate products. Preferably, the pomegranate products are obtained by performing extract processing of fruits of pomegranate. The aging inhibitor of the invention can effectively prevent or improve aging, such as hypofunction and fatigue accompanying aging, in various tissues in a body. Particularly, the aging inhibitor of the invention has a proliferation promoting action of fibroblast, and is useful to prevention or improvement of dermal aging. The aging inhibitor of the invention is useful also as an antiaging agent for muscle. The aging inhibitor of the invention may be used as an agent for internal use or external use.
