The present invention relates to antisense oligonucleotides that modulate the expression of and/or function of Nicotinamide Phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT), in particular, by targeting natural antisense polynucleotides of Nicotinamide Phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT).
