The egg cell and semen are gathered using gonadotropin.본 발명은 참돔과 감성돔의 교잡종 및 그 교잡종 생산 방법에 관한 것으로, 참돔(Pagrus major, Temminck et Schlegel)의 암컷과 감성돔(Acanthopagrus schlegeli, Bleeker)의 수컷으로부터 각각 난과 정액을 추출하고, 이들 간의 인공수정을 실시하여 수정란을 얻고, 수정란을 부화 및 육성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
