PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental microscope for preventing a surgical site from not being easily viewed even when light of a predetermined wavelength is shielded or reduced in order to prevent a filler from curing at unintended timing.SOLUTION: A dental microscope includes: a filter 31 for shielding or reducing light of a predetermined wavelength an illumination means 30 for radiating light to a surgical site 50 through the filter image processing means 25L, 25R for correcting the tone of an image obtained by imaging a surgical site display means 26L, 26R for displaying the image of a surgical site, that has been corrected by the image processing means.
