The combination of an IGF-1R antagonist such as a humanized antibody and an anti-proliferative drug is described. In a preferred embodiment, the present invention describes the combination of an IGF-1R antibody and an anti-proliferative drug belonging to the EGFR-inhibitor class, which is preferably erlotinib. The combination according to the present invention is useful for the treatment of tumours, including IGF-1R and /or EGFR mediated or dependent tumours.La présente invention concerne lassociation dun antagoniste de lIGF-1R, tel quun anticorps humanisé, et un médicament antiprolifératif. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, la présente invention concerne la combinaison dun anticorps anti-IGF-1R et dun médicament antiprolifératif appartenant à la catégorie des inhibiteurs de lEGFR, de préférence lerlotinib. Selon la présente invention, la combinaison est utile pour le traitement de tumeurs, notamment les tumeurs IGF-1R-dépendantes et/ou EGFR-dépendantes ou les tumeurs à médiation de lIGF-1R et/ou de lEGFR.
