The present invention relates to a microsurgical instrument used for submucosal dissection, which comprises: an outer tube extending in a tubular shape； an inner tube extending in the tubular shape, inserted into the outer tube, and capable of sliding in the outer tube, and curved while forming a curvature at one side； and an insertion tool inserted in the inner tube and protruding from one end of the inner tube, wherein the rigidity of the outer tube has higher rigidity than the rigidity of the inner tube.본 발명은 점막하 박리술에 사용되는 미세 수술도구에 관한 것으로, 관 형상으로 연장되는 외부튜브； 관 형상으로 연장되며, 상기 외부튜브 내부에 삽입되고, 상기 외부튜브 내부를 슬라이드 이동할 수 있으며, 일측부에서 곡률을 형성하면서 구부러져 있는 내부튜브； 상기 내부튜브에 삽입되되, 상기 내부튜브 일단으로부터 돌출되는 삽입툴；을 포함하며, 상기 외부튜브의 강성은 상기 내부튜브의 강성보다 높은 강성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
