The compounds set forth herein are useful for the treatment, prevention, and/or management of various disorders, such as neurological disorders, neurodegenerative disorders, neuropsychiatric disorders, disorders of cognition, learning or memory, gastrointestinal disorders, lower urinary tract disorder, and cancer.
