PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for delaying the deterioration of vegetables at a direct sales store where producers of farm products and the like sell directly, to prolong the freshness of the vegetables.SOLUTION: In this system, vertically halved water channels such as vinyl pipes or bamboos are installed at a selling rack at a direct sales store of farm products. Two threads such as kite strings or fishing lines are stretched over the surface of the rack and vegetables or the like are stood and arranged therein.
