The present invention relates to an agricultural product storage system and an agricultural product storage method, and more specifically, to an agricultural product storage system and an agricultural product storage method for storing agricultural products freshly for a long period of time by restricting breathing of the agricultural products. The agricultural product storage system comprises: an environment measurement sensor unit measuring the internal environment of a storehouse； an environment management system unit controlling the internal environment of the storehouse； an environment control unit receiving a measurement value from the environment measurement sensor unit, so as to control the environment management system unit to make the internal environment of the storehouse attain a target value set by a user； and a data processing unit connected to the environment control unit to display, in a display unit, an estimated quality result value of agricultural products, which is produced by using the measurement valve measured by the environment measurement sensor and an agricultural product quality estimation algorithm stored in a database unit.본 발명은 농산물 저장 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세히, 농산물의 호흡을 억제시켜 장기간 신선하게 저장하는 농산물 저장 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 농산물 저장 시스템은, 저장고 내부 환경을 측정하는 환경측정센서부, 저장고 재부 환경을 제어하는 환경관리시스템부, 환경측정센서부로부터 측정된 측정값을 수신하여 저장고 내부 환경이 사용자가 설정한 목표값에 도달하도록 환경관리시스템부를 제어하는 환경제어부 및 환경제어부와 연결되어 환경측정센서로부터 측정된 측정값 및 데이터베이스부에 저장된 농산물 품질 예측 알고리즘을 이용하여 도출한 농산물 품질 예측 결과값을 디스플레이부에 표시하는 데이터 처리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
