The gas flow regulating device according to the present invention comprises a housing assembly, an inlet tube assembly, and a convenience device. The housing assembly includes a main housing, a valve seat body, and a distal plate defining an outlet orifice. The inlet tube assembly includes a proximal inlet end, a tube forming a lumen, and a flange, and is slidably disposed within the main housing for bracing in an open state by a biasing device. The flange separates the intermediate chamber and the static pressure chamber within the housing assembly.
