CONSTITUTION: A brushite substitute for a bone graft includes mussel adhesion protein. The mussel adhesion protein is fp-151 protein. The brushite is based on a beta-tricalcium phosphate/monocalcium phosphate monohydrate. A method for manufacturing the brushite substitute for a bone graft comprises the following steps. The mussel adhesion protein fp-151 is manufactured. A hardening solution is made using the mussel adhesion protein fp-151. The hardening solution and beta-tricalcium phosphate/monocalcium phosphate monohydrate are mixed. The mixture is molded.본 발명은 홍합접착단백질을 이용한 β-TCP/MCPM 기반의 브러사이트 골이식 대체제에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 홍합접착단백질 fp-151을 제조하는 단계； 상기 홍합접착단백질 fp-151을 이용하여 경화액을 만드는 단계； 상기 경화액과 β-TCP/MCPM(β-tricalcium phosphate/monocalcium phosphate monohydrate)을 혼합하는 단계； 및 혼합 후 형태를 주조(molding)하는 단계를 포함하는 골이식 대체제 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
