PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder-setting structure of a general purpose combine harvester, which can be used as an index for recognizing the rear portion width of a machine frame on the work of the combine harvester or on the storage of the machine frame to facilitate the control of the combine harvester, and in which the working posture of the ladder can be switched to efficiently perform a maintenance work in response to a required maintenance site.SOLUTION: A ladder-setting structure 1 of a general purpose combine harvester, in which a ladder 25 is vertically set to a space portion S formed between the front side machine wall of a threshing portion 7 and a feeder house 20, is characterized in that the ladder 25 is arranged in the space portion S in a state that the front side longitudinal frame 25a is close to the feeder house 20 and in a state that the rear side longitudinal frame 25a is close to the outside of the front side machine wall, in a state inclined to the longitudinal direction of the space portion S, and the rear side longitudinal frame 25a is arranged in the rear portion of the threshing portion 7 on the approximately same line as the machine body rear portion projection end R of a discharged straw-treating device 6 projected on the outside of the machine frame on the plane view.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】コンバイン作業時や機体格納時に機体後部幅を認知する指標になり、操縦を行い易くすることができると共に、梯子の作業姿勢の切換えによって、必要とするメンテナンス箇所に応じたメンテナンス作業を能率よく行うことができる汎用コンバインの梯子設置構造を提供する。【解決手段】脱穀部7の前側機壁とフィーダハウス20との間に形成される空間部Sに梯子25を立設した汎用コンバインの梯子設置構造1であって、前記空間部S内で梯子25を、前側の縦フレーム25aをフィーダハウス20に近接させた状態で、後側の縦フレーム25aを前側機壁の外側寄りに近接させることにより、空間部Sの前後方向に対して傾斜状に配置すると共に、平面視において後側の縦フレーム25aを、脱穀部7の後部に設置されて機体外方に突出する排藁処理装置6の機体後部突出端Rと略同一線上に配置させる構成にした。【選択図】図1
