Provided is a method for aseptically filling a bag with medicine or liquid, which comprises: (a) a first step of inserting a cap into an inlet of a bag； (b) a second step of lifting the cap to introduce related medicine or liquid； (c) a third step of re-inserting the cap into the inlet of the bag； and (d) a fourth step of welding the inlet of the bag to the cap.
