FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: moist raw material is extruded in the extruder with heat treatment at 180-250°C under pressure with simultaneous triturition and hydrolysis for 30-90 seconds. Processing of raw material is performed with its passage in the extruder through the dish-shaped die with an internal disc knife creating in rotation relative to each other the pressure of 70-100 MPa. The extruder comprises a die and a knife which is fixedly inserted on the one side with the leash into the groove of the extruding head rotating with the worm body of the extruder, on the other side - with the axis to the die aperture made dish-shaped with a protrusion. The die is placed in the groove of the flange fixedly connected with the extruder housing and fixed relative to the flange with nut along the protrusion. The die and the knife are made with 6-8 holes with a diameter of 0.4-2.5 mm.
