PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve inspection efficiency.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic device of an embodiment includes a storage part, an input part, an acquisition part, and a determination part. The storage part stores correspondence information obtained by associating devices having a function that can execute post processing in each kind of post processing to a medical image. The input part receives the registration of an imaging plan from an operator before starting inspection including a plurality of inspection items. The acquisition part acquires post processing information obtained by associating inspection items requiring post processing to the medical image with the kind of the post processing with reference to the imaging plan.
