PURPOSE: An acupoint stimulation apparatus is provided to enable a user to effectively recognize the location of acupoints. CONSTITUTION: An acupoint stimulation apparatus comprises: a core electrode to which voltage is applied； and a dielectric barrier discharge unit(130) which covers the surrounding of the core electrode and includes a dielectric cover that is arranged between an acupoint and the core electrode. The dielectric barrier discharge unit stimulates acupoints by using the plasma generated from the dielectric barrier discharge unit.경혈을 자극할 수 있는 경혈자극장치는, 전압이 인가되는 코어 전극, 및 코어 전극 주변을 감싸도록 제공되며, 경혈 및 코어 전극 사이에 배치되는 유전체 커버를 포함하는 유전체 배리어 방전부를 포함하며, 유전체 배리어 방전부가 경혈에 인접하면 유전체 커버를 통해서 방출되는 전하 량이 증가하는 것을 이용하여 경혈의 위치 정보를 청각적 또는 시각적 신호로 제공하고, 청각적 또는 시각적 정보에 의해서 특정되는 경혈의 위치에서 유전체 배리어 방전부에 의해서 발생한 플라즈마를 이용하여 경혈을 자극할 수 있다.
