PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system which can reliably prevent scattering of bodily fluid or the like adhered to a treatment instrument when taking out the treatment instrument from a hand operation part.SOLUTION: A male screw part 50 is formed in a flexible cord part 41 of a treatment instrument 11. In a forceps plug 36 of a hand operation part 12 of an endoscope, a female screw part 55 screwed in the male screw part 50 is formed. In using the treatment instrument 11, the male screw part 50 is rotated and inserted. In pulling the treatment instrument 11 out after the treatment is over, the male screw part 50 is engaged with the female screw part 55 of the forceps plug 36, and pull-out operation of the treatment instrument 11 is temporarily stopped. After this, the treatment instrument 11 is rotated to screw the male screw part 50 and the female screw part 55, and the treatment instrument 11 can be slowly pulled out of the forceps plug 36. The treatment instrument 11 is not pulled out with momentum when the treatment instrument 11 is pulled out, and bodily fluid or the like adhered to the treatment instrument 11 stops scattering.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】手元操作部から処置具を取り出す際に、処置具に付着した体液などの飛散を確実に防止することができる内視鏡システムを提供する。【解決手段】処置具11の可撓性コード部41に雄ねじ部50を形成する。内視鏡の手元操作部12の鉗子栓36に、雄ねじ部50に螺合する雌ねじ部55を形成する。処置具11を使用する際には、雄ねじ部50を回転させて挿入する。処置終了後に、処置具11を抜き取る際には、雄ねじ部50が鉗子栓36の雌ねじ部55に係止し、処置具11の抜き取り操作を一時停止する。この後、処置具11を回転させて雄ねじ部50と雌ねじ部55とを螺合させてゆっくりと処置具11を鉗子栓36から抜き取ることができる。処置具11の抜き取りの際に勢い余って処置具11が抜き取られることがなくなり、処置具11に付着した体液等が飛散することがなくなる。【選択図】図2
