Disclosed is a medical hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy system having integrated a computer monitored control system, comprising a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, and, connected to the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, an oxygen supply system, an air supply system, and a spent oxygen exhaust system, also comprising the computer monitored control system. The computer monitored control system comprises a controller and a computer terminal that is connected to and controls the controller. The controller is connected respectively to the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, the oxygen supply system, the spent oxygen exhaust system, and the air supply system. The present invention uses the computer monitored control system to control, of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, the oxygen supply system, the air supply system, and the spent oxygen exhaust system, to monitor precisely and to control various parameters such as the oxygen pressure, air pressure, compression rate, exhaust rate, and temperature in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, to allow for a smooth change without abrupt changes in a hyperbaric oxygen environment where a patient is placed, thus for reduced possibility of causing ear barotrauma, and to control, on the basis of actual pressure and temperature and of an oxygen concentration sensor, an inlet/outlet pneumatic diaphragm valve in modulating the environment in the chamber to achieve optimal therapeutic effects.
