The outer cylinder and the outer cylinder sealing member further comprise restriction parts which restrict the detachment and rotation of the outer cylinder sealing member. The outer cylinder sealing member and the puncture member respectively further comprise screw parts, and latch parts which latch and restrict the forward and reverse screw movement after the screw parts screw together.
