The present invention relates to a connector for adjacent stomas (S1； S2), of the type comprising a base (7), which has a stoma passage able to surround the two stomas, and a collector (1) mounted in a leaktight manner on the first face of the base (7), in the area of said passage, the second face (73) of said base (7) being able to be placed on the abdominal wall of a patient, said collector comprising a collection chamber (133) able to communicate with the upstream stoma (S1), an outlet conduit (5) able to be connected to the downstream stoma (S2), and a flow conduit (132) which connects said collection chamber (133) to said outlet conduit (5).
