PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing system and a program which allow an operator to discriminate a tilt of a medical image being a comparison object with respect to a medical image being an examination object.SOLUTION: A medical image system includes a display part, an intersection image generation part, and a display control part. The display part displays a medical image. The intersection image generation part which, when a first medical image and a second medical image that are formed by photographing the same examination object from different photography directions are obtained, generates an intersection image showing at least an outline of the second medical image formed when the first medical image is intersected by the second medical image on the basis of position information of respective images.
