PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently volatilize a volatilizing agent.SOLUTION: A cover member 15 is arranged at a set position where it projects from a rear wall part to a rear side and passes over a push-down head to cover a discharge container 13 from the rear side. The cover member 15 is connected to a support member 11 rotatably around a rotating shaft L through a connecting member projecting forward from the cover member, and rotates from the set position to a lower side around the rotating shaft L to push down the push-down head. The rear wall part is provided with a locking part which can hold the cover member 15 at an open position where the cover member 15 is rotated upward from the set position to expose the discharge container 13 to the rear side. The locking part is locked to a front end edge of the cover member 15, located at the open position, so as to be capable of surmounting the front end edge from below to hold the cover member 15 at the open position.
