PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shellfish raising device capable of improving a growth degree and a survival rate of a floating larva of a bivalve.SOLUTION: A shellfish raising device 100 includes: a water tank 10 storing water W； an agitation member 20 including an agitation tool 22 capable of being immersed in the water W in the water tank 10； power means 30 arranged in the outside of the water tank 10； and a power transmission mechanism 60 rotating the agitation tool 22 with driving power of the power means 30. The agitation member 20 includes: a rod-shaped agitation rod 21； and the agitation tool 22 attached in a tip 21a of the agitation rod 21 and having a tabular shape.
