PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for further deepening communication between an animal such as a pet and a human being.SOLUTION: An animal management system 1 comprises: an animal side device 10 attached to an animal 99； and a user terminal 50 used by a manager of the animal, and executes a prescribed animal management function. A short-range wireless communication BT or a long-range wireless communication NT through a network line 2 is used for connection between the animal side device 10 and the user terminal 50. The animal side device 10 has a camera function (such as a device side camera 31), a video output function (such as a laser emission part 46), and a voice output function (such as a device side SP 41), and can be operated by the user terminal 50 to capture a front imaging range CA along a line of sight of an animal (line of sight of a dog), output a voice for letting the animal 99 hear the voice, and display an image on a front ground surface by a laser beam LL for attracting the animal's attention.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】人間とペット等の動物とのコミュニケーションを一層深める技術を提供する。【解決手段】動物管理システム１は、動物９９に取り付けられる動物側装置１０と、動物の管理者が使用するユーザ端末５０とを備え、所定の動物管理機能を実行する。動物側装置１０とユーザ端末５０の接続には、近距離無線通信ＢＴやネットワーク回線２を介した遠距離無線通信ＮＴが用いられる。動物側装置１０は、カメラ機能（ディバイス側カメラ３１等）や映像出力機能（レーザ出射部４６等）、音声出力機能（ディバイス側ＳＰ４１等）を有し、ユーザ端末５０による操作で、前方の撮影範囲ＣＡを動物目線（犬目線）で撮影したり、音声を出力して動物９９に聞かせたり、レーザ光ＬＬで前方の地面等に映像を表示させて関心を向けさせたりすることができる。【選択図】図１
