PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vial with a plastic cap which enables sufficient sterilization of a rubber stopper where a cap is fitted with a small cumulative quantity of an electron beam that does not cause the degradation of a pharmaceutical in a bottle, can keep a sterilized state of the rubber stopper after the sterilization, and can keep tight contact between the rubber stopper and a bottle mouth inner wall surface in the use.SOLUTION: A vial 1 with a plastic cap includes: a rubber stopper 20 having a protruding part 20b that protrudes from a surface of a flange 20a having a diameter that is larger than an inner diameter of a bottle mouth 10a and is inserted in the bottle mouth 10a and a plastic cap 50 fitted to a side surface and the other surface of the flange 20a in a tightly contacting manner. In a covering part of the cap 50 for covering the other surface of the flange 20a, a part corresponding to a puncture allowing surface 21 which allows an injection needle to puncture and has a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the bottle mouth 10a on the other surface of the flange 20a is formed as a removable part 40b, and the rubber stopper 20 fitted to the bottle mouth 10a is sterilized by electron beams in a state where the rubber stopper is covered with the cap 50.
