Thread in first zone of incomplete circle is conical, and in second zone of incomplete circle thread starts from lower side of plate and reaches spherical expansion. Portion of spherical recess reaching upper side of plate is also free from thread. In second zone of incomplete circle of elongated hole turn of thread, that is conical, is interrupted with thread-free recesses. Thread-free recesses are made with contour of incomplete circle.
