PURPOSE: A UV-shielding cosmetic composition including a titania nanosheet is provided to reduce efflorescence phenomena due to the high refractivity of an inorganic UV shielding, to reduce the dysesthesia of a skin by the cohesion of the composition, and to improve computability.CONSTITUTION: A UV-shielding cosmetic composition includes titania nanosheet. The titania nanosheet is selected from hydrogen titanate nanosheet, a coated hydrogen titanate nanosheet, and a group including the titania nanosheet. The hydrogen titanate nanosheet is generated from a titanium dioxide nanopowder, by a hydrothermal synthesis method.
