The present invention relates to a method for follicular transfer and transplantation based on follicular unit extraction (FUE) to extract follicular units relatively quickly to respectively arrange the follicular units in needles. The present invention comprises: a step of rotating a tip of a follicle extraction punch in contact with a scalp around the follicular unit； a step of inserting a first follicle attaching tube into the follicle extraction punch； a step of stopping the rotation of the tip and attaching the follicular unit to the end of the first follicle attaching tube with air pressure inside the tip； a step of moving the first follicle attaching tube and the follicle extraction punch, to which the follicular unit is attached, and separating the follicular unit from the scalp； a step of loading the follicular unit into the tip of the follicle extraction punch by pneumatic control on the first follicle attaching tube； and a step of separating the first follicle attaching tube from the follicle extraction punch in which the follicular unit is loaded.본 발명은 상대적으로 신속하게 모낭 유닛을 추출하여 바늘에 개별적으로 배치하기 위한 FUE 방식의 모낭 이송 및 이식 방법에 있어서, 상기 모낭 유닛을 기준으로 두피에 접촉된 모낭추출펀치의 팁부를 회전하는 단계； 상기 모낭추출펀치의 내부에 제 1 모낭부착관을 삽입하는 단계； 상기 팁부의 회전을 정지시키고, 상기 팁부의 내부에서 공압으로 제 1 모낭부착관의 끝단에 모낭 유닛을 붙이는 단계； 상기 모낭 유닛이 부착된 제 1 모낭부착관 및 모낭추출펀치를 이동시켜서, 두피로부터 모낭 유닛을 분리하는 단계； 상기 제 1 모낭부착관에 대한 공압 제어에 의해 상기 모낭 유닛을 상기 모낭추출펀치의 팁부의 내부에 로딩하는 단계； 및 상기 모낭 유닛이 로딩된 모낭추출펀치로부터 상기 제 1 모낭부착관을 분리하는 단계；를 포함한다.
