PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine/infusion mixture injection device of a novel structure capable of reducing the labor for mixing a medicine and an infusion to prepare a medical solution and removing a lid member of a syringe from the syringe to securely hold the syringe.SOLUTION: In a medicine/infusion mixture injection device 10 having a double-ended needle member 52 slidably arranged between a vial attachment part 44 and a syringe attachment part 72, the position of the double-ended needle member 52 relative to a vial 16 and a syringe 18 is switchable between a separated position where a first needle part 48 and a second needle part 50 of the double-ended needle member 52 do not pierce a lid member 36 of the syringe 18 and a lid member 24 of the vial 16 respectively and an approached position where the needle parts pierce the lid parts. In addition, the syringe attachment part 72 has locking projections 92 provided to allow the syringe attachment part 72 to lock with the lid member 36 covering a tip opening part 32 of the syringe 18 so that the lid member 36 is prevented from being separated from the syringe attachment part 72.
