PURPOSE: A photothermal treatment for cancer cells using cytoplasm-sensitive organic polymer nanoparticles is provided to ensure excellent colloid stability and to effectively remove cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: A composition for photothermal treatment contains 1ng-1g/1ml of polymer nanoparticles which have an absorbance between 600 and 1100 nm. The polymer nanoparticles contain polymer cores and hydrophilic shells. The composition further contains a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. A kit for treating tumor contains the composition and a device for irradiating light rays of wavelengths between 600 and 1100 nm. A method for photothermal treatment for tumor comprises: a step of administering the composition to an animal which is not human, and a step of irradiating the light ray. [Reference numerals] (AA) Polyaniline(before doping); (BB) Polyaniline(after doping); (CC) Nanoemulsion; (DD) Polyaniline nanoparticle(before doping); (EE) Polyaniline nanoparticle(after doping); (FF) Near-infrared ray laser; (GG) Carcinoma cells; (HH) Acidic intracellular environment; (II) Photothermal treatment본 발명은 세포질 감응형 유기 고분자 나노입자를 이용한 암세포 광열치료법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로, 나노물질 자체의 독성이 없고 생물학적 도펀트, 예를 들어, 양성자, 활성산소종, 산화 환원력을 갖고 있는 생체 분자 등이 풍부한 환경에서 광 감응성을 가짐으로써 근적외선 부근의 광 조사를 통해 광열 효과를 나타내어 암세포를 특이적으로 제거할 수 있다.
